The team is effectively the data engine for the organisation.

This team is responsible for:
- the Stats NZ website
- customer insights and engagement
- account management
- marketing and publishing
- environmental reporting
- analytical products and services
- providing the base on which the Stats and Insights team produces the official statistics that we’re known and trusted for.
